When is your shipping department open?

Our shipping department fulfills orders Monday - Friday between the hours of 10am - 5pm, Pacific Standard Time. We are not open on the weekends.

 

When is your shipping cut-off time?

Our daily shipping cut-off time is 12 Noon Monday - Friday, Pacific Standard Time. In most cases, orders placed before 12 noon Monday - Friday PST will ship out the same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 12 noon Monday - Friday will ship out the following business day in most cases.

 

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

YES! We are happy to provide shipping to anywhere in the world for pre-approved accounts.

Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any and all import duties or taxes related to bringing these items into your country.  FHY INC is not responsible for any import duties or taxes related to the shipment of any goods to our customers nor are we able to provide you with an estimation of what these duties or taxes will cost. Please contact your countries customs department for questions regarding these potential fees.

 

Refused or undeliverable packages.

No refunds will be given for packages that are returned to us as "Refused" upon delivery however you are welcome to pay to have us re-ship the package to you.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to attempted delivery being made by the carrier resulting in the package being held and unclaimed, you are welcome to pay for us to re-ship the package to you. 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address being submitted with your order, you are welcome to pay for us to re-ship the package to the correct address. 

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to our mistake, we will re-ship the package to you at no charge.

 

What do I do if I received damaged or incorrect merchandise?

If you receive incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise, please email us at: customercare@fhyinc.com within 48 hrs of delivery to open a customer care ticket and provide the following:

a). Your order number.
b). Style number(s) and quantities for each item missing or affected.
c). Reason.
d). Please attach clear pictures to the email.

Customer care tickets not opened within 48 hrs of delivery will not be authorized.

FHY INC reserves the right to make exceptions or revisions to this policy at any time.

 

Do you offer exchanges?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges.

 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.
